Returns & Exchanges


You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 3 days to ship your item(s) back using a service that provides a tracking number for the shipment. If you do not ship your return within 3 days from the return request date, your order may not be accepted for refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be unworn and unused.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ITEMS and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance at

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by CostaKini. Please mail all returns to the address on your return authorization form.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with picture evidence of the issue showing the product is defective or damaged and we will prompt you with directions for the exchange if approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item(s), the cost of the original shipping during purchase will not be included in your refund unless the product was approved by CostaKini to be damaged or defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
